May Updates 2024

  • The Class Cancelation Policy is now 24 hours.

  • Those arriving more than 10 min late will not be admitted to class

  • We are prioritizing ACH Payments. Scan for directions.

We have increased the class cancelation policy to 24 hours to allow clients to get off the waitlist in a timely manner so they can attend class. If you are sick and facing a late please email or text the studio phone number and we will handle this on a case by case bases. If you cancel your own class and are unlimited you will be automatically charged the late cancel fee. We can prevent this with a manual cancellation of your class.
If you did not notice we have moved to fastest fingers for the waitlists starting at 8 pm for classes starting on or before 8 am and 2 hours for all remaining classes.

If you arrive at the studio more than 10 minutes late you will not be admitted to the class if you are in a situation you can give the teacher a heads up. The teacher will handle your setup and have your machine ready so as to cause minimal interruption to the class.

Due to the rising costs of credit card processing, I am asking that all you make the transition to ACH. I am linking directions to do this in Momence (you must do this on a computer). I will have to do this for people that bank with PSECU and some other credit unions. I will also be providing an annual free late cancellation of a class for doing this as a thank you for your help. Please message me when you have entered your ACH information so I can change your membership to include this added benefit. If you choose to not make this change starting on May 1 we will be passing the processing fees on. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. It will make an impact for the studio to not need to increase our membership fees this year.

This is very simple change. You need to add your ACH info to momence and we will do the rest!

1. Watch this video

2. Login in here

3. Add your ACH info

4. Email Allison to get your membership changed to ACH payment
