Your appointments/classes are very important to the Absolute Pilates team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations for Private training and group classes.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment/class without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.
Any appointment/class missed, late canceled, or changed without proper notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. The appointment may be taken off of a contract/package or charged individually for those on unlimited classes.
Absolute Pilates values their staff’s time. We understand they have other jobs, family, and friends with whom they could be spending time. Absolute Pilates pays their staff their entire wage for any missed or late canceled appointment out of respect for their valuable time. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically before your scheduled appointment by email and/or push notifications from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this confirmation email, you have the option of the following without a charge:
• reschedule/change/modify your appointment/class from your online account;
• cancel your appointment/class from your online account;
• respond back by email with any changes or issues;
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment/class dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments/classes that result in a cancellation charge. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments/classes from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.
Any late arrival will shorten your appointment/class time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment/class.
All appointments must be held with a valid credit card or ACH information at the time of booking. Your payment information is stored will be fully encrypted.
Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Absolute Pilates. You may request not to be charged for the late canceled session in writing within 1 day if you feel such action is warranted. The Absolute Pilates Team will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing within 7 days.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as a power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.
The cancellation policy gives us time to inform our waitlist clients of any availability, as well as keep our staff schedules filled, thus better-serving everyone. Absolute Pilates policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. DRESS THE PART - Wear comfortable, close-fitting workout attire, but by all means, wear what makes you comfortable, and socks(if you have some fun ones with grippers on the bottom). Do worry about how loose your shorts are you will be laying down a good bit with your legs in the air. Seriously. We have hair ties if you need them. Please no zippers or snaps they can damage the equipment.

Arrive 5 minutes before your class is set to start. That will ensure that you’ve got all the time you need to get settled in, have us show you around and get you acquainted, scope out your spot, and get your grippy socks on.

If you really want to get into a certain class we always suggest adding yourself to the waitlist. If you make it off the waitlist you will receive an automated email or text at this time. It does happen that people have to cancel at the last minute, or simply do not show up to claim their spot in class - so you may also stop by and if there is a vacancy 5 minutes after class starts, you may join the class.

We have a snow policy if the roads are actually bad you will not be charged for a late cancellation. Please wait until close to class time to see how the conditions are doing. You must let the studio know you are not coming. We may have arranged for another instructor to cover sessions and we like to keep them safe too!
